These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the access and use of services offered by SofizPay, an electronic payment platform operated by EURL SofizPay, whose registered office is located at – Rue kasraoui el-hachemi, Mecheria, Naama, Algeria. SofizPay enables its users to have a secure electronic wallet, make online payments, money transfers, and pay at partner merchants. By creating an account or using SofizPay, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms.
SofizPay: the platform, website, and mobile application operated by EURL SofizPay.
User: any individual with a SofizPay account.
SofizPay Account: secure personal space allowing the user to access their financial services.
Partner Merchant: any merchant accepting payments via SofizPay.
Balance: amount available in the user's SofizPay account.
KYC (Know Your Customer): identity verification procedure required by regulation.
The use of SofizPay implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms. SofizPay reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any updates electronically (notification or email).
The SofizPay service is reserved for individuals aged at least 18 years, residing in Algeria, and having a valid national identity card or passport.
To create an account, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information: name, first name, phone number, email address, and identity document.
SofizPay may require the submission of additional documents to verify the user's identity before full account activation.
The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials (secret key, password, PIN code). Any activity performed from their account is deemed to be theirs.

The user can send money instantly to another SofizPay user. These transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
Withdrawals can be made via approved partners (SofizPay agents, linked bank, Algeria post office). Refunds are only possible in case of technical error or unauthorized operation, after verification by customer service.
The use of the SofizPay service may incur certain fees (transfer, withdrawal, conversion, or merchant service). Current rates are displayed on the official website www.sofizpay.com/fees and may be updated at any time.
SofizPay implements advanced security protocols (SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, operation logging) to protect user data and transactions. However, the user acknowledges that no system is infallible and undertakes to adopt prudent behavior (not sharing codes, verifying official addresses, etc.).

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to competent authorities.
SofizPay commits to ensuring an available and secure service, within the limits of its technical and legal means. However, it cannot be held responsible in case of:
SofizPay collects and processes personal data in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of personal data. Data is only used for account management, security, and regulatory compliance purposes. The user has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data via the address: contact@sofizpay.com.
SofizPay cannot be held responsible for indirect financial losses, intangible damages, or loss of profits related to the use of the service. SofizPay's liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount received during the six months preceding the dispute.
SofizPay may suspend or close a user account:
Remaining balances will be returned after compliance verification and subject to legal obligations.
All elements of the SofizPay website and application (logos, codes, interfaces, content, trademarks, designs) are the exclusive property of EURL SofizPay and protected by Algerian and international intellectual property legislation.
Neither party may be held responsible for a breach due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, global network failure, war, government decision, etc.).
These Terms are subject to Algerian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeria.
SofizPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be accessible on the official website. Any use of the service after publication of the new version constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
